Return Policy:

Please note that returns will not be accepted unless the device is found to be faulty. If you have any troubleshooting issues or questions related to the FlowVibrate's performance or functionality, please reach out to us for assistance.

1-Year Warranty:

If the device is found to be faulty, the manufacturer offers a 1-year warranty from date of purchase. Please note, all replacement requests will be forwarded directly to the manufacturer and handled by Medella Health. Replacements will be accepted at the discretion of the company and are only allotted for faulty devices. Refunds: To ensure efficient processing of returned FlowVibe orders, a restocking fee of $9.50 (covering return label costs) will be deducted from your refund amount.

Continental US Orders Only: We can only ship to addresses in the continental U.S. Orders that are associated with Canada or other countries will not be shipped and will be refunded. *We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Delayed or lost orders : A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 21 business days. No refunds or replacements will be processed until after this time period. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Additionally, we cannot take responsibility for any order that shows it was delivered in/at a mailbox and recommend the recipient opens up a claim with the USPS.

Wrong or incomplete address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
