Common Questions
How Many Sessions Can You Get From Each Kit?
Each of the Nebulizer Kits contains three vials which are intended to be used together in one session. Therefore, each kit is a single use. We do not recommend spreading out the vials in each kit over several sessions as this will dampen the efficacy. Once the vials' contents are added to your nebulizer (using the pipette provided), each session will last about 15-20 minutes.
Can You Mix Multiple Kits or Should You Use Them One at a Time?
While nebulizing multiple kits at once might seem tempting, we advise against it. There's a lot of information you're giving your body at once, and you don't want any of the medication's benefits to get lost or overwhelm your system.
How Frequently Should You Use the Kits?
For those looking to support general gut health, we recommend doing 1-2 kits per week.
For those dealing with more chronic gut issues, we recommend doing 1 kit every day for 5-7 consecutive days then 1 kit every other day.
For those looking to do a gut "revamp," we recommend doing 3 kits per week for at least 8 weeks.
Can Children Use the Kits?
Yes, we recommend nebulization for our younger clients all the time. Dosing is the same for children, however, if they are younger, you might want to do 1 kit every 2 days for acute issues. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your child's health, please consult their pediatrician.
How Do I Use the Kits?
You will need a Nebulizer Machine in order to use the vials in each kit. The one we recommend can be purchased HERE but you can find others online. Some come with mouth-piece or full mouth (nose and mouth) piece and both can be used interchangeably. Each kit comes with an insert that has a QR code that is linked to a VIDEO where Kelly shows you how to use the kits.
