This training will introduce you to Kelly Kennedy's F.L.O.W.E. Formula Technique, an approach she formulated over years of studying, implementing, and immersing herself in the world of bodywork, energy, and healing. This time-proven formula has brought her practice such success over the past two decades that it has become evident that it is time to teach it to the world. F.L.O.W.E. stands for Fascia, Lymph, Oxygen, Water, and Energy. These are the foundations upon which we will build in this class and are essential for true health and healing.

Over two days, Kelly will educate and allow you to practice how to create a metamorphic experience for your clients (and yourself). From start to finish, you will facilitate profound, authentic shifts on every level as you continue to approach the F.L.O.W.E. Formula Technique Paradigm. This technique utilizes various bodywork modalities, all synergistically aligning to open someone's physical, energetic, and emotional body on every level. Every F.L.O.W.E. session looks different. Each F.L.O.W.E. session is unique to the receiver and the giver. Each session is a "Snowflake" co-creation, meeting them where they are "at" while guiding them past previous limits to a space where they can truly feel safe and vulnerable. Now they will express, unwind, and release the burdens that are creating blockades or contributing to their load. You will find this an efficient method for advancing healing, one that helps your clients truly receive without the need for you to work so hard giving.

The class is offered as a two-day course at the True Wellness Center. On day one, we will teach the foundational technique used to open the fascia and the lymphatics. Day two will first focus on putting everything you learned on Day 1 into practice and then finish with an overview of advanced course material, which will incorporate techniques that utilizes the healing properties of light, sound, and color frequencies. Everything you learn will allow you to address the vibrational and emotional blockades that are currently impeding not only your practice but your clients' ability to truly heal.
